An oil (wet) friction clutch is installed in the second-stage deceleration mechanism, and the pressure on the clutch is adjusted through an external nut to control the slipping force of the clutch, so that the clutch slips under the set clutch force and prevents the hoist from lifting greater than the rated lifting capacity, it plays the role of overload protection. The friction clutch meets the Chinese national standard and refers to the requirements of FEM/ISO/EN standard for load control equipment. The overload coefficient can be adjusted from 1.3 to 1.6 times, and the factory standard setting is 1.4 times.
The lifting chain is made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials; the surface has a high degree of hardening, and the surface is treated with galvanized anti-rust treatment, which meets the GB20947 standard.
Chain lubrication is very important for the chain. Before using the hoist, please apply the supplied chain oil on the surface of the chain.
ST series hoist is equipped with upper and lower limit.
The friction clutch protects the hoist from overloading to avoid lifting loads more than the rated lifting capacity.
