1.Motor and brake:

The SC series chain hoist uses a reliable pole-changing asynchronous alternator (2/8 pole) as the drive. After meshing gear reduction, the sprocket is driven to rotate, thereby dragging the chain up and down, lifting and lowering heavy objects.

An oil-immersed friction clutch is installed in the second-stage reduction mechanism. The pressure on the clutch is adjusted through an external nut to control the slip force of the clutch so that the clutch slips under the set clutch force to prevent the hoist from lifting more than the rated lifting capacity. load, playing the role of overload protection. The friction clutch meets the requirements of Chinese national standards and reference to FEM/ISO/EN standards for load control equipment. The overload coefficient can be adjusted from 1.3 to 1.6 times. The factory standard setting is 1.4 times.

Chain lubrication is critical to the longevity of your chain. Before using the hoist, please apply the supplied chain oil on the surface of the chain.

5.upper and lower limits

SCseries hoists are equipped with new upper and lower limits. The end block of the chain or the hook hits the impact block on the hoist box, driving the micro switch to cut off the ascending or descending control circuit, but does not affect the reverse direction operation.
